If you’ve ever been in a situation where your mortgage holder refuses to bend or compromise, you’ll understand why I turned to AIM Funding. After many sleepless nights, they gave me much comfort. I called their number on a whim; I was desperate! I was greeted by a friendly staff that apprised me of all the necessary things needed to get the modification process started. I provided what was requested of me. They then told me to sit back and let them handle it from there. I was not to communicate with the lender in any way. All written communication was to be sent to them; all phone calls were to be reported to them. They would become my spokesperson, from this point on. I was told “Let us handle them. We will hound them until we get results.” In a timely manner, I was sent a modification package which lowered my monthly payment by three hundred dollars! Needless to say, I can now sleep at night! The entire staff worked miracles! It’s all about me now!

I have owned residential rentals since the early 1990s and I have worked with Phil Zeman and A.I.M. Funding Group since 2002. Since that time, A.I.M. Funding has helped me obtain financing for 4 or more apartment loans and at least 6 if not more residential loans.
