A2M was developed solely to teach individual homeowners and Loss Mitigation (LM) consultants how to successfully underwrite, process and negotiate a mortgage modification in the U.S. We offer free personal assistance for Florida residents in our Coral Springs office. We have leveraged our years of banking and accounting experience to develop A2M so that it is easy to understand and simple to use. For instance, once the documentation required to complete the input forms have been gathered, it should take less than one hour to complete package and have it bank ready for submission.

This product will be of great value to homeowners because this could be the difference between them saving their home or losing it to foreclosure.

If they commit the time to understand their lenders requirements, follow the step by step instructions of A2M and make the necessary weekly follow up phone calls they will experience success with their bank in negotiating their own modification.

LM consultants will also realize great value from this product because they will add value to their clients by assisting them with successfully modifying their mortgage from beginning to end.  They will acquire underwriting skills by learning how to structure the budget and calculate the loan payment so that it warrants a modification. They will learn how to effectively package the documentation so that it is processed in a timely fashion. Finally, they will be equipped with the necessary tools and proposal documents to assist them in successfully negotiating the final terms of the modification contract.  

This program provides all the tools needed to determine if a homeowner qualifies for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) or a tradition mortgage modification. Either way, the interactive features in this software will guide the user through the necessary steps required to successfully complete the mortgage modification.

A2M has been developed from the same tools that we currently use at A.I.M. Financial Services when we underwrite, process and negotiate our own client’s files. If the user follows each step and watches the helpful tutorials they will realize the same successful results that we experience. Include are all the necessary documents required to obtain a modification.  Once completed you will have a Bank Ready Modification Package.  The package also includes a Collection “Stop Calling Me” Letter which will alleviate the harassing phone calls from the Collection Department.
